She/Her/Hers

Therapist

I believe that humans are made for connection, and I know that building and maintaining our deepest relationships can be beautiful, complex, and sometimes difficult. My goal is to help you strengthen, and repair your connection with your loved ones, your partner, and yourself. I'm here to help you navigate life’s transitions, manage anxiety and depression, and foster connections filled with love and respect.

I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples navigating the joys and challenges of early parenthood and helping you create a nurturing environment for your growing family. I have a special place in my heart for supporting couples who have experienced the heartache of infertility and pregnancy and infant loss, working with you to find hope and build resilience.

I feel privileged to do this work and am grateful to be a part of my clients' journeys. Hearing your stories and witnessing your growth inspires me every day. It is an honor to see people open up, share their vulnerabilities, and take brave steps toward healing and growth. I am continually inspired by the resilience and strength of my clients, and it drives me to offer the most compassionate and effective care possible.
