GET TO KNOW US BETTER
Restore Therapy Collective is a group of mental health professionals licensed in Michigan. Our team specializes in couple, family, and relationship issues. We also work with individuals on issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions and understand how deeply these issues can impact your relationships with those around you. At this time, all services are offered via telehealth and in-person depending upon scheduling, preferences, and your level of comfortability coming into the office.
We are passionate about relationships and believe that healthy relationships improve our well-being. Whether it’s a relationship with a partner, spouse, friend, coworker, members of your community or yourself, healthy relationships are game changers in our wellness and life satisfaction. We don’t always have healthy relationship skills, especially if we were raised in families or environments that were limited or didn’t model them for us. Our goal at Restore Therapy Collective is to help clients identify relational stressors, including gaps in their learning, and learn healthy communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation skills in a professional, supportive environment.
All of our couple therapists have significant experience and training working with couples, including at least Level 1 of the Gottman Method Couple Therapy training. This program is a research-based roadmap for helping couples compassionately manage their conflicts, deepen their friendship and intimacy, and share their life purpose and dreams.
The Restore Therapy Collective team is excited to work with you to help restore relationships, hope, and wellness.

I love helping organize the behind-the-scenes of our practice and offering support in many forms to our caring therapists. My goal is to make their professional lives easier so they can focus on what is important---the clients!
My position as the Practice Coordinator at Restore Therapy Collective has allowed me to add a unique hat to the many that I juggle on a daily basis. I paused my career as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor due to the death of my stillborn daughter so I could prioritize my grief journey and my family. The creation of Restore Therapy Collective and its important mission has allowed me to enter into a role that fits perfectly for me and the Restore family!
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, I have the clinical background and understanding of how to best support our therapists so they can in turn support their clients. Similar to my past role as therapist, this position offers me an avenue to fight against the stigma of seeking help, to encourage others to prioritize their mental health and wellness, and to support my fellow mental health professionals.
