I am deeply passionate about being present with people, listening to their stories, and offering the support and perspective they need to move forward. I believe that meaningful change begins with a safe, trusting relationship where clients feel heard and understood. My goal is to foster that sense of connection, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and cultivate growth.

Through counseling, I work to create a space where authenticity and exploration are encouraged, empowering clients to gain new insights, heal, and make positive changes. I believe that our relationships—with others and ourselves—shape every aspect of our lives. By improving those connections, we can improve our overall well-being, and in turn, foster a stronger, more supportive community.

My particular passion lies in working with couples, whether it's guiding them through premarital counseling, supporting them through life transitions, addressing intimacy concerns, or helping them navigate any challenges they may face together. In addition to couples work, I have experience helping individuals manage grief, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem issues.

I am committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their emotions and grow, both individually and in their relationships. By helping individuals and couples thrive, I hope to contribute to a healthier, more connected community for us all. I am truly honored to be part of each client’s journey toward discovery, transformation, and a more fulfilling life.
