The connection between client and counselor is the greatest predictor of successful treatment. I am here to work with you to design what “success” looks like for you in our initial sessions by getting to know you and devising a plan for treatment. Whether you’re struggling with a transitionary period in your life, having communication struggles in your relationship, or simply looking to explore the depths within - I’m here to help.

I enjoy working with clients who are interested in exploring themselves or their relationships in a way that leads to deeper self awareness, healing, and self actualization. I utilize various lenses in treatment, incorporating Existential and Narrative Techniques, along with Psychodynamic principles, and supplementing with Mindfulness and Somatic interventions to help you work through trauma and other elements which might be causing disruption in your daily life.

I specialize in PTSD, ADHD, and Interpersonal Relationship Issues. I have experience working with couples to provide a space for members of relationships to feel heard and seen, improving communication between individuals by looking more deeply at the meaning behind what we are hearing and saying to each other, as well as offering practical tools and practices for promoting enhanced emotional intimacy.

It is important for me to create a safe space in which all of my clients feel deeply seen and heard. I work to create a space where all people can feel safe, regardless of any element of their identity. It is vital to me that the priority in all sessions is compassion, acceptance, and non-judgmental counseling to all of my clients.
